    Mindy blends precision, creativity, and collaboration to solve complex data challenges. With more than a decade of experience, she has helped financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations transform their data into trusted, actionable assets.

    Mindy has implemented enterprise-wide governance programs and modernized ecosystems using leading tools including Informatica, Validatar, Atlan, Alation, and Snowflake. She has presented at DGIQ on topics from catalog comparison to privacy use cases and contributed to Dataversity’s Applied Data Governance Certification curriculum.

    A cancer survivor and community advocate, Mindy has raised over $20,000 for the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge and remains active in Kansas City’s Junior League and her son’s school PTO. Whether aligning metadata with business goals or mentoring future leaders, she brings curiosity, collaboration, and resilience to her work.

    Jill Camper:

    Data leader with 20 years of data wrangling, team-leading, and making data understandable (and fun!). Dynamic and motivated executive with a proven record of accomplishment by establishing and nurturing relationships, using innovative thinking to put the business first, and adapting to the current company environment. Rare combination of business, communication, sales, and technology experience. This experience coupled with a passion to lead, and mentor has resulted in exceptional client adoption and satisfaction. Success during my career has primarily come as a result of a willingness to learn, an ability to really listen to customers, an inclination to challenge the status quo, leaning into disruption over comfort, and a deep passion to put the customer’s needs first.

    Les Hyde: Principle Master Data & AI Governance Expert

    Executive with extensive background in Data Strategy, Data Governance, and Master Data Management (MDM) helping organizations enable and deliver Advanced Analytics using Big Data.     Lyndsay Noble: Faculty and Program Director at Rockhurst University

    Lyndsay brings over 20 years of experience leading data, analytics, and AI initiatives across industry and higher education. In Kansas City, Lyndsay is active as a fractional Chief Data Analytics Officer and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City AI Club, guiding conversations on data strategy, ethics, and the future of work. She is passionate about making complex topics in data and AI practical, approachable, and even a little fun—whether that means encouraging professionals to push back on unrealistic expectations or helping organizations uncover real opportunities to use data well.
