TOPIC: Every Data Leader Needs an ANCHOR: Master Change Management
Change doesn’t fail because of bad ideas — it fails because people aren’t ready for it, connected to it, or supported through it. This full-day, hands-on workshop takes you inside the principles and practices of the ANCHOR model, a proven framework for leading human-centered change.
Based on the book Anchor Your Change, this session walks participants through every phase of the model — from assessing readiness to sustaining transformation — while addressing the real-world challenges that derail most change efforts. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and reflection, you’ll learn how to translate strategy into action, bring people along the journey, and create organizational cultures that don’t just tolerate change — they thrive through it.
Whether you’re leading digital transformation, data governance or management, AI adoption, process redesign, or cultural shifts, this workshop will equip you with tools to anchor your people, stabilize your strategy, and steer change that sticks.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand and apply the ANCHOR model as a roadmap for leading human-centered change.
- Recognize common pitfalls and resistance patterns that emerge in transformation efforts.
- Develop practical action plans for managing communication, engagement, and adoption.
- Use tools and templates from the book to assess readiness, sustain momentum, and measure success.
- Build leadership confidence and capability to lead change across different contexts and team cultures.
